We collect short-term-rental permit and licensing filings from official government registers across the U.S., deduplicate and normalize them into consistent fields, and keep the source URL frozen against each record. What you get is a vacation-rental license dataset you can load into a warehouse, match against your own book, or feed into a product — without maintaining 2,000 county scrapers yourself.
Every record traces back to an official government permit or licensing register (public records). Idaho and Iowa never appear in the data: both states preempted local short-term-rental permitting, so their registers don't exist.

You are responsible for your own TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state and federal Do-Not-Call compliance when contacting anyone on a list. Idaho and Iowa are excluded because both states preempted local short-term-rental permitting, so no permit registers exist there.
