We collect short-term-rental permit and licensing filings from official government registers across 46 states, deduplicate and normalize them into consistent fields, and keep the source URL frozen against each record. What you get is a vacation-rental license dataset you can load into a warehouse, match against your own book, or feed into a product — without maintaining 2,000 county scrapers yourself.
Idaho and Iowa are excluded by law and never appear in the data. Every record traces back to an official government permit or licensing register (public records).
