Custom lead generation software / Lead Scraper Development
Custom lead scraper development
A scraper built for one job: your sources, your fields, your filters — running on a schedule and dropping clean records where your team already works.
At handover you get
- The full source code, in a repository you own
- A run schedule (hourly, nightly, weekly — your call)
- Output to CSV, Google Sheets, a database, a webhook or straight into your CRM
- A short written runbook: how it works, how to change it, what breaks first
Fixed price agreed in writing before development starts. Hosting and maintenance are optional, and nothing stops working if you decline them — you hold the code.
Most teams start with an off-the-shelf scraping tool and hit the same wall. The tool reads the pages it was designed to read, returns the fields its authors picked, and breaks the week a source changes its markup. You end up paying a subscription to babysit a robot that does eighty percent of what you needed.
A custom scraper is the opposite trade. We write it against the exact sources you care about, extract the exact fields your reps use, and hand you the code. When a source changes, it gets fixed — not deprecated. When you want a new field, it gets added.

Most projects are one build type. Some are two joined together — a scraper feeding a database, or enrichment feeding a CRM integration.
What the build covers
Source-specific parsers
One parser per source, written against that source's actual structure — public directories, map data, government registers, association rosters, open-web business pages. Each parser is tested against live pages before it ships.
Fields you name
Company, contact, address, phone, email, category, licence or permit ID, filing dates, website, and any flag you want computed — 'no website found', 'site looks abandoned', 'licence filed in the last 90 days'.
Filters at the source
Geography, category, size signals and freshness applied while the crawl runs, so you are not paying to store and clean records you were never going to call.
Politeness and resilience
Rate limiting, retries with backoff, resume-from-checkpoint, and change detection that tells you when a source's layout moved instead of silently returning empty rows.
- What sets the number: how many sources have to be parsed, how clean those sources are, how much data moves, and where the output has to land — not how long we spend.
- Fixed, in writing, before development starts. A paid source-mapping phase comes first so the quote is based on what the records actually contain.
- Hosting and maintenance are optional. Decline them and everything still runs, because you hold the code.
- No per-lead fees. We do not meter your own data back to you.
Questions
How long does a lead scraper take to build?
A single-source scraper with a defined field list is usually a matter of days, not months. The scoping conversation is the slow part — once the sources and fields are agreed, writing and testing the parser is the fast part. Multi-source engines with dedupe and enrichment take longer because verification, not extraction, is where the real work sits.
What happens when the website changes?
Every scraper we build watches for structural change and reports it rather than quietly failing. You own the code, so you can fix it in-house or send it back to us. We do not hold the repository hostage to a maintenance contract.
Can you scrape a site that requires a login?
We build against public sources — pages a normal visitor can reach without an account, and data published by government bodies for public use. We do not build tools to defeat authentication, bypass paywalls, or work around a site's terms. That limit is not negotiable, and it is the reason the work holds up.
Other build types
Custom Web Scraping Services
Public web data, extracted properly: parsed, deduplicated, verified and delivered in a format your team can work the same morning.
Read more →Data Enrichment & Verification
Take the list you already have, fill the gaps from public sources, kill the dead records, and keep it that way on a schedule.
Read more →Custom Lead Database
A private database of your market — built once from public sources, kept current automatically, searchable by the people who have to call it.
Read more →Lead Generation Automation
The whole chain, wired end to end: find, verify, score, route, notify. No one on your team copying rows between tools.
Read more →CRM Integration & Lead Routing
Get sourced records into the system your reps already live in — matched, deduplicated against what is already there, and assigned correctly on arrival.
Read more →Lead Scoring & Prioritisation
Rank the list before anyone dials it — on signals from your own closed deals, not a vendor's black box.

Government registers publish business events every day — new entities, new licences, new permits. Software that watches them turns filings into first-mover leads.
