Of the 283,611 records in the national file, 125,065 list a phone (44%), 64,233 an email (23%) and 61,374 carry both.
Texas, Florida and Louisiana hold 51% of the file between them. Phone coverage among the state files with 400 or more records runs from 0% in Hawaii to 86% in Louisiana, because each register decides what contact detail it publishes.
3,936 records reached PermitPulse in the last 30 days, most of them in California (1,039), Florida (869) and Texas (607). The newest arrived on October 23, 2026, and 26,549 carry a filing date inside the last 12 months.
