What every buyer gets
Each record carries the permit or license number, the property address and ZIP, the permit type and status where published, a filing date where the register dates permits, and the holder's name, phone and email where the register publishes them.
Records come from government registers, not scraped listings, so you reach the person or company that holds the permit.

Compliance
Public availability is not consent. Calls and texts fall under the TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules, and permit phones are often personal mobiles; email falls under CAN-SPAM. Read the guide.
Common questions
Who buys short-term rental permit data?
Businesses that sell to short-term rental owners: property managers and co-hosts, cleaning and turnover companies, real estate agents, real estate investors, insurance agents, dscr and str lenders, pool and hot tub services, hvac, pest control and maintenance, furnishing and staging companies, vacation rental photographers, pms and revenue-management software. Each uses different fields: phones for service companies, owner names and property counts for managers and software vendors, filing dates for anyone selling to new operators.
Is permit data the same as scraped Airbnb listings?
No. Permit records come from government registers and name the permit or license holder and the property address; scraped listings show a host's first name and a photo. PermitPulse holds 275,665 permit records across 26 states.
