Hotel and motel leads
Licensed hotels, motels, inns and bed and breakfasts, taken from the lodging registers states keep to inspect them. Each row is a property the state has licensed, with its name, address, licence class and whatever contact details the state publishes. Hotels come with every PermitPulse plan, so one subscription reaches the short-term rentals and the hotels in a state.

Rows from the file
Real licences, with the phone and email masked on this page and shown in full in your export. Registers differ a good deal: one state gives you an email on nearly every licence, another gives you only a front-desk phone. The state table below shows what each one publishes before you buy.

What makes this different from a hotel directory
A hotel name and phone are easy to buy, and plenty of vendors sell those lists cheaply. This file is the licence itself: a state agency issued it, and it names a licence class. You also get it inside the plan you may already hold, with no second subscription.
The chain filter is a word match on the licence and property names. It catches 32% of the file as a known brand, and it will miss a franchise licensed under an LLC whose name shows no brand.
Hotel and lodging licences by state
States are added as we find a public register that holds up. Many states publish no statewide lodging list, or only let you search one property at a time, and those are not here.
Texas hotels are inside the Texas hotel-tax permit file in the short-term rental data, where hotels and vacation rentals share one tax roll.
Who uses hotel licence data
Hotel software and booking engines
Independent properties buy their own systems, and the chain filter removes the ones whose brand decides for them.
Linen, laundry and housekeeping supply
Route work depends on density, so the town counts here tell you which stops are worth a truck.
Furniture, renovation and refresh contractors
Mail and calls to a property's own number, sorted by class and town.
Commercial insurance and lending
A licensed property with a named licensee is a cleaner starting point than a business directory entry.
Pool, HVAC and fire safety contractors
Lodging has inspection cycles and recurring service needs, and the register tells you where each property is.
Marketing and website firms
Small inns and motels often run their own marketing, so the property's own number is a sensible first call.
Contacting hotels
A hotel's front desk is a business line, but a small inn's number may well be the owner's own mobile. Scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and state lists, dial by hand, and keep email to CAN-SPAM. The Terms set the rules for using the file, and the calling rules guide explains them. This is not legal advice.
