Permit records do not list amenities, but they do tell you which licensed rentals are houses. Florida's file holds 34,819 dwelling licenses, the license class where a private pool or hot tub is possible, and 26,835 of them list the licensee's phone.

What the data lets you do
Start with houses, not condos
Condo units generally share a building pool run by an association, which is a commercial account rather than an owner sale. Florida's dwelling (DWEL) licenses are the private homes.
Build routes by ZIP
Weekly service is a route business. The ZIP tables on each Florida city page show where licensed houses cluster.
Sell to the turnover schedule
A rental pool or hot tub has to be ready between stays, a different rhythm from a family pool. That is the reason to talk to a short-term-rental owner specifically.
Find owners with several homes
A name on several house licenses can be one contract for several pools. City pages show how many records sit under names with two or more properties.

What the data does not tell you
The license file does not say whether a property has a pool or a hot tub. Plan to qualify each lead on the first call; a house license only tells you a private pool is possible.
