What the data lets you do
Find the density that makes a route work
Turnover work lives on drive time. The ZIP tables on each city page show where licensed rentals cluster, so you can build a route around the two or three ZIP codes that hold most of a town's rentals.
Call the licensee, not the platform
Booking sites put the host behind a message box. A license record gives you the licensee's name and, on most Florida and Wisconsin records, a phone number.
Choose condos or houses on purpose
Florida's license file separates condominium licenses from dwelling licenses. A condo turnover and a house turnover are different jobs, and the split changes a lot from town to town.
Follow new permits
Where registers publish filing dates, a new permit is an owner setting up now, who may not have a cleaner lined up.

What the data does not tell you
A license does not tell you how often a property is booked, how many bedrooms it has, or who cleans it today. Some licensees are management companies with their own crews; the name counts on each city page show how common that is.
Compliance
Cold calls and texts to licensees fall under the TCPA and the Do Not Call rules, and many of these numbers are personal mobiles. Check them before you dial, and keep email to CAN-SPAM. Public availability is not consent. Read the compliance guide.
