STR permit leads for insurance agents
A licensed short-term rental is a home being used as a lodging business, and that changes the coverage conversation. Florida's license file holds 34,819 dwelling licenses and 14,893 condominium licenses, and most list the licensee's phone.

What the data lets you do
Split houses from condos
Florida's DBPR file codes each license as a dwelling (DWEL) or a condominium (CNDO). A house and a condo unit are insured differently, so the split decides which product leads the call.
Start with phone-ready records
Florida, Wisconsin and New Orleans records carry a phone on most rows. Start there and use mail for the address-level states.
Reach new operators
An owner who just filed a permit is setting up the property, a natural time to review coverage. Registers that date permits show who is new.
Find portfolio owners
A name that holds several properties is one relationship for several policies. City pages show how many records sit under names with two or more addresses.

What the data does not tell you
Permit records do not show current carriers, renewal dates, property values or claims history. They tell you a property is licensed for short stays and who holds the license.
Compliance
Insurance cold calls are telemarketing under the TCPA and the Do Not Call rules, and your state's insurance solicitation rules apply on top. Many permit phones are personal mobiles. Public availability is not consent. Read the compliance guide.
