Software builds

Custom lead generation software, built around your market.

Scrapers, public-records mining, enrichment pipelines, lead databases, scoring and CRM automation — engineered for the sources and the segment you actually sell into. You keep the source code and every record it produces.

Builds start at $1,500fixed quote after a scoping call — no retainers, no per-lead fees

If the public records your build depends on do not exist in your market, you hear it in the source map — not after you have paid for development.

We run our own engines before we build yours. The short-term-rental permit database on this site was assembled by the same pipelines we build for clients — official government registers across 46 states, normalised, deduplicated and refreshed on a schedule. The numbers below are live from that production database.

What we build

Eight build types cover almost everything companies ask for. Most projects are one of them; some are two joined together.

How a build works

01

Scope

One call. What you sell, who you sell it to, and how you find them today. We come back with a written scope, a fixed price and an honest note on anything we do not think will work.

02

Source map

Before any code, we map which public sources actually carry your market in your geography — what they publish, how often, and what contact detail is attached. If the records you need do not exist, you find out here, not after paying.

03

Build and test

Parsers written per source, then normalisation, deduplication and verification. You see real output from your real market before the build is called finished.

04

Handover

Code in a repository you own, a schedule, delivery into your CRM or database, alerting on failure, and a short runbook. Hosting and maintenance are optional, never mandatory.

Pricing

$1,500starting price for a custom build. Fixed quote, agreed before work starts.
  • What sets the number: how many sources have to be parsed, how much data moves, how clean the sources are, and where the output has to land.
  • A single-source scraper with a defined field list and a delivery target is the entry build, and it is the one that starts at $1,500.
  • Multi-source engines with deduplication, enrichment, scoring and a dashboard cost more, and we quote them in writing after the source map — not before.
  • Hosting and maintenance are a small monthly option. Decline them and everything still runs; you hold the code either way.
  • No per-lead fees, ever. We do not meter your own data back to you.

Built for these industries

The lead problem looks different in every one of these. The pages below are specific about how.

Staffing & Recruiting Firms

Two sides to source and both of them move constantly. Software that watches hiring signals beats a bought list that was accurate last quarter.

Business Funding & MCA Brokers

Stop renting the same recycled list your competitors are dialling. Build the sourcing engine and own the file.

Home Services & Contractors

Stop paying per shared lead. Own the pipeline that finds the work before the aggregator does.

Commercial Real Estate

Ownership, tenancy and permit activity are all public. Software that joins them tells you who is about to move.

Commercial Insurance Agencies

New businesses, new vehicles, new licences, new buildings. Every one of them is a policy that does not exist yet.

B2B SaaS Companies

When your ICP is too specific for a data vendor's filters, the answer is a pipeline, not another seat licence.

Marketing & Digital Agencies

Find the businesses whose marketing is visibly broken — and, if you want, run the same engine for your clients under your own name.

Construction & Building Products

Every project starts with a permit and a licensed contractor. Both are public, and both are early.

Logistics, Freight & 3PL

Carrier authorities, shipper footprints and warehouse permits are all published. Software turns them into a shipper list nobody else has built.

Medical & Dental Suppliers

Practices are licensed, and licences are public. That makes your market one of the few that can be listed almost completely.

Questions

How much does custom lead generation software cost?

Builds start at $1,500. That entry price covers a single-source scraper with a defined field list, verification and a delivery target — CSV, a database, a webhook or straight into your CRM. Multi-source engines with deduplication, enrichment, scoring and a dashboard cost more, and we quote those in writing after mapping your sources rather than guessing up front. The price is fixed before development starts and does not move with hours.

How long does a build take?

A single-source build is usually days rather than months. The slow part is scoping and the source map, not the code. Larger engines take longer because verification and deduplication — not extraction — are where the real engineering sits. You get a date with the quote.

Do we own the software?

Yes. The source code goes into a repository you control, along with the runbook and every record the pipeline produces. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us. That is the structural difference between a build and a data subscription, and it is the main reason companies choose one.

Do you host it, or do we?

Either. Hosted is faster to launch and costs a small monthly fee. Deployed into your own cloud account means you hold the keys and the bills. Hosting is always optional — declining it does not disable anything, because you have the code.

Is scraping public data legal?

Collecting information that is published publicly is broadly lawful in the United States, and government registers are published precisely so the public can use them. The risk usually sits after collection: contract terms, copyright, personal data, and outreach rules like TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state Do-Not-Call. We build against public sources only — never behind a login, a paywall or an authentication wall — and we flag the compliance line for your specific use case. We are not lawyers; for a novel use, ask one.

What if the data we need does not exist?

You find out before you pay for development. The first deliverable is a source map: which bodies publish what in your geography, in what format, how often, and with what contact detail attached. Coverage varies enormously — some registers publish applicant phone and email on every record, some publish an address and nothing else, and a few jurisdictions publish nothing at all. If your build is not viable, we say so at that point.

Do you sell the data you build for us?

No. Work built for a client belongs to that client, and it does not feed our own catalogue. The lists sold elsewhere on this site are mined from our own sources as a separate product.

Can you work with our existing CRM and data?

Yes, and it is often the cheapest first project. Enrichment runs against the database you already own — filling gaps from public sources, flagging dead records, and writing corrections back with match-before-write rules so nothing a human edited gets overwritten.
