Custom lead generation software / Custom Lead Database

Build type

Custom lead database development

A private database of your market — built once from public sources, kept current automatically, searchable by the people who have to call it.

From $1,500fixed quote after scoping · source code transferred to you

At handover you get

  • A hosted database and web interface, or one deployed into your own infrastructure
  • The ingestion pipelines that keep it fed
  • User accounts for your team
  • Full export at any time — the data is yours, never locked in

Fixed price agreed in writing before development starts. Hosting and maintenance are optional, and nothing stops working if you decline them — you hold the code.

A CSV is a snapshot. A database is an asset. The difference matters the moment two reps work the same file, or the moment you want to know which records changed since last month.

We build the whole thing: the schema, the ingestion pipelines that keep filling it, the deduplication that stops it turning into sludge, and a search interface plain enough that a sales manager can use it without asking anybody.

Where it fits

Most projects are one build type. Some are two joined together — a scraper feeding a database, or enrichment feeding a CRM integration.

What the build covers

Schema designed around your sales motion

The fields your reps actually sort, filter and dial on — not a generic contact table with forty unused columns.

Continuous ingestion

Scheduled crawls append new records and update existing ones, with history kept so you can see what changed and when.

Search and segmentation

Filter by geography, category, size signals, freshness and any computed flag; save a segment; export it or push it to a campaign.

Assignment and status

Optional ownership, call status and notes, so the database doubles as the working surface instead of feeding a second tool.

  • What sets the number: how many sources have to be parsed, how clean those sources are, how much data moves, and where the output has to land — not how long we spend.
  • Fixed, in writing, before development starts. A paid source-mapping phase comes first so the quote is based on what the records actually contain.
  • Hosting and maintenance are optional. Decline them and everything still runs, because you hold the code.
  • No per-lead fees. We do not meter your own data back to you.

Questions

Do we host it or do you?

Either. Hosted is faster to launch and we run it on a small monthly fee. Deployed into your own cloud account means you hold the keys, the bills and the backups. We will tell you honestly which one fits your team's appetite for infrastructure.

How current does it stay?

As current as its sources allow. Government registers publish on their own timetable — some weekly, some monthly, some the day a filing lands. We show the last-refreshed date on every source so nobody is guessing whether the file is fresh.

Can we resell access to it?

That is your decision and your compliance risk to price. Some public sources carry redistribution conditions and some do not. We will map those conditions per source during scoping so you are not finding out afterwards.

Describe the problem, not the spec.

Tell us who you are trying to reach and how you find them today. We come back with a source map, a fixed price, and an honest note on anything we do not think will work.
