Custom lead generation software / Business Funding & MCA Brokers
Custom lead generation software for MCA and business lenders
Stop renting the same recycled list your competitors are dialling. Build the sourcing engine and own the file.
Sources this runs on
- Secretary of State business registrations
- County and city business licences
- Health-department food-service inspection rolls
- FMCSA carrier registrations
Mapped for your states and counties before development starts — what each body publishes, how often, and whether contact detail is attached.
Merchant cash advance runs on data everybody else already has. Brokers buy the same aged files from the same handful of vendors, and a merchant who took an advance last year fields eleven calls a week from people reading identical rows.
The alternative is to source your own. Public business records identify operating businesses in funding-active industries before anybody has packaged them into a product, and a build that pulls them continuously puts your desk ahead of the resale market.
The commercial terms
What breaks in this industry
Everyone dials the same file
Resold lists mean your opener competes against a merchant's fatigue, not against another offer. Contact rates fall every month a file circulates.
Aged data burns dial time
Closed businesses, disconnected lines and merchants who funded six months ago are expensive to discover one call at a time.
No control over targeting
Vendors sell the segments they have, not the segments you close. If your book is restaurants in three states, a national file is mostly waste.
Compliance exposure
Bought consumer-adjacent data carries provenance you cannot verify. Public business records carry a source you can point at.
Three builds that fix it
Fresh-registration funding monitor
Pulls new and recently active business registrations across your target states and industries, verifies each one is a live and reachable business, and delivers a daily file of operators nobody has worked yet. Filed dates travel with every record so your team can prioritise by age.
Industry-and-geography sourcing engine
Your exact segment definition — categories, states, metro or ZIP radius, size signals — running as a scheduled crawl across public directories and registers, with dedupe against everything you have already contacted.
Dial-list hygiene pipeline
Runs against your existing CRM. Flags closed businesses, dead domains and invalid numbers, fills missing websites and addresses, and hands back a corrected file with a change log — then repeats monthly so the database stops decaying.
The public sources behind it
Mapped for your states and counties before development starts — what each one publishes, how often, and what contact detail is attached.
Coverage is uneven by jurisdiction, and that is the first thing we tell you. If the records your build depends on are thin where you sell, you hear it in the source map — before you have paid for development.
Questions
Can you append revenue or bank data?
No, and nobody honest can from public sources. Revenue, deposits, existing positions and credit are not published. Software can tell you a business exists, what it does, where it is and how established it looks. Whether it qualifies is what the call is for. Any vendor claiming to append verified revenue from public data is selling you a model output dressed as a fact.
Is this compliant for cold calling?
Sourcing from public business records is the defensible end of this industry. It does not exempt you from anything: TCPA applies, state Do-Not-Call rules apply, and a number listed on a small-business filing is frequently the owner's mobile, which pulls consumer rules into play. Scrub against DNC and keep your own suppression list. We build the pipeline; the dialling compliance is yours.
How is this cheaper than buying lists?
Over one month it usually is not. Over a year it generally is, because a build is a fixed cost that keeps producing while list spend recurs forever. The stronger argument is exclusivity — nobody else is dialling your file.
