Custom lead generation software / Logistics, Freight & 3PL
Custom lead generation software for freight and logistics companies
Carrier authorities, shipper footprints and warehouse permits are all published. Software turns them into a shipper list nobody else has built.
Sources this runs on
- FMCSA carrier registrations
- Secretary of State business registrations
- Industrial and warehouse building permits
- County and city business licences
Mapped for your states and counties before development starts — what each body publishes, how often, and whether contact detail is attached.
Freight sales is a volume game played against a fixed list. Brokers work the same carrier data everyone can pull and the same shipper directories everyone has bought, and the differentiator becomes who calls most.
The available public data supports something better. Carrier registrations show who is operating and growing. Manufacturing and warehouse permits show where volume is about to originate. New registrations in shipping-heavy industries show shippers before they have a broker relationship.
The commercial terms
What breaks in this industry
Everyone works the same carrier data
Public carrier files are equally available to every competitor, so nothing built on them alone is an edge.
Shippers are much harder to find than carriers
The valuable side of the market has no single register, which is exactly why building one pays.
Lists decay fast
Authorities lapse, firms fold and fleets change, and a quarterly file is wrong by the time it is worked.
No suppression across a large desk
Big brokerages duplicate outreach constantly without a shared contact record.
Three builds that fix it
Carrier authority and growth monitor
Tracks FMCSA registrations across your lanes for new authorities, changes in power-unit counts and status changes. New and growing carriers arrive as a daily feed with the filing dates attached.
Shipper discovery engine
Assembles a shipper-side prospect database from the sources that indicate freight volume — manufacturing and distribution business registrations, industrial building and warehouse permits, and public directories — filtered to your lanes and commodity types.
Lane-based territory database
One searchable database keyed to your lanes, with assignment, contact history and suppression so a hundred-rep floor stops calling the same shipper twice in a week.
The public sources behind it
Mapped for your states and counties before development starts — what each one publishes, how often, and what contact detail is attached.
Coverage is uneven by jurisdiction, and that is the first thing we tell you. If the records your build depends on are thin where you sell, you hear it in the source map — before you have paid for development.
Questions
Is FMCSA data not already free?
It is, and that is the point — the raw file is available to everyone, so raw access is no advantage. The value is in what gets built on top: change detection between snapshots, joins to other registers, deduplication against your CRM, and alerting on the specific movements that matter to your desk.
Can you identify who a shipper currently uses?
Not reliably, and we will not claim otherwise. Carrier relationships are private commercial arrangements. What is observable is the shipper's footprint, growth signals and public contact information.
Will this work for a small brokerage?
Yes, and small desks often get more from it because they cannot brute-force volume. Builds start at $1,500 and a single-purpose monitor is a reasonable first project.
