Custom lead generation software / Staffing & Recruiting Firms
Custom lead generation software for staffing agencies
Two sides to source and both of them move constantly. Software that watches hiring signals beats a bought list that was accurate last quarter.
Sources this runs on
- Secretary of State business registrations
- County building and occupancy permits
- Public procurement and contract awards
- State occupational licensing boards
Mapped for your states and counties before development starts — what each body publishes, how often, and whether contact detail is attached.
Staffing is the hardest lead-gen problem in B2B because the target moves twice. The client company that needed twelve warehouse staff in March does not need them in June, and the recruiter who calls in June sounds like every other recruiter.
The firms that win keep watching. New business registrations, new facility permits, licence filings, job-posting activity, contract awards — these are the events that create staffing demand, and they are all observable before a competitor's cold call lands.
The commercial terms
What breaks in this industry
Bought lists age in weeks
A staffing list is only useful while the hiring need exists. By the time a broker's file reaches you it has been sold several times and the urgent roles are filled.
Timing beats targeting
Calling the right company at the wrong moment is a wasted dial. The signal you need is not 'this company hires warehouse staff', it is 'this company just did something that means it will'.
Two-sided sourcing
Client-side and candidate-side pipelines need different sources and different cadences, and most tools only serve one of them.
Territory chaos
Multi-desk agencies duplicate outreach constantly because no shared record exists of who was contacted about what.
Three builds that fix it
Expansion-signal monitor
Watches state entity registrations, county building permits and public contract awards across your territory. A new facility permit or a first-time registration in a target category fires an alert with the entity, the address and the filing date, so a desk can call while the plan is still being made.
Client-side prospecting database
One searchable database of employers in your verticals and geography, assembled from public registers and directories, deduplicated, and tagged with the signals your desks sort on — size indicators, licence status, filing recency, multi-site operator.
Desk routing and duplicate guard
Records assigned by territory and vertical on arrival, with a shared contact history that stops two recruiters working the same account. Writes into your ATS or CRM with match-before-create rules.
The public sources behind it
Mapped for your states and counties before development starts — what each one publishes, how often, and what contact detail is attached.
Coverage is uneven by jurisdiction, and that is the first thing we tell you. If the records your build depends on are thin where you sell, you hear it in the source map — before you have paid for development.
Questions
Can you source candidate data too?
We build client-side pipelines from public business records. Candidate sourcing means personal data, which carries a different legal weight entirely — consent, state privacy statutes, and platform terms that most scraping approaches violate. We do not build tools that harvest personal profiles from job platforms, and any vendor promising it should worry you.
How fast do hiring signals actually arrive?
It depends on the register. Entity registrations often publish within days. Building permits vary by county from same-week to monthly. The practical benefit is not real-time; it is being weeks ahead of anyone working a bought list.
We already have Bullhorn. Does this replace it?
No. It feeds it. Your ATS stays where it is, and what changes is that records arriving in it are sourced, deduplicated and assigned before a recruiter sees them.
