Where Oregon's STR permit data comes from

Oregon coverage combines Portland's Accessory Short-Term Rental program with Bend's register — two of the state's biggest STR markets, both address-level files.

Live page for each Oregon register, with its field coverage and permit rule: Portland OR Accessory Short Term Rental (BDS) (4,462 records), Bend OR Short Term Rental Table (1,249 records).

Because the Oregon registers publish little direct contact information, this list is strongest for direct mail, address-matched outreach and skip-tracing. 6,943 of the 6,943 records carry the property address and 1,248 the owner or operator name on file, the inputs a skip-trace needs.
